Greater Noida
Best for: families who want a planned city with wide roads, green belts and established schools.
- Planned and developed by GNIDA, with sectors named after Greek letters (Alpha, Beta, Omicron, Mu and so on).
- A mix of authority plots, builder floors and high-rise societies.
- Ready-to-move societies such as Gaur Atulyam, SKA Metroville and ATS Dolce.
- Connected to Noida by the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway and the Aqua Line metro.

Greater Noida West (Noida Extension)
Best for: first-time buyers and young professionals looking for value close to Noida.
- High-rise apartments at comparatively lower prices per sq. ft.
- Large townships with shopping, schools and hospitals inside or nearby.
- Well connected to Noida's sectors and to Ghaziabad.
- Check carefully for possession timelines and registry status on older projects.

Yamuna Expressway (YEIDA region)
Best for: long-term investors and buyers who want a plot to build on.
- Authority residential plots in Sectors 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22, plus group housing.
- Close to Noida International Airport at Jewar, which started commercial flights in June 2026.
- Planned industrial and film city projects nearby.
- Much of the area is still developing, so daily conveniences may take time.
