Arna Estates ("we", "us") is a real estate advisory serving Greater Noida, Noida, the Yamuna Expressway and Delhi NCR. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Data we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data:
- Enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email, requirement (buy, rent, invest and so on), message, and the property you asked about.
- Chat assistant: the messages you type and, if you share them, your name and phone number.
- WhatsApp, calls and email: when you contact us this way, the provider (for example WhatsApp) processes your number and messages under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data: your browser stores a small flag so the enquiry pop-up isn't shown repeatedly. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs such as IP address and pages requested.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use your data
- To call, message or email you about the property or service you asked about.
- To share suitable property options, arrange site visits and assist with documentation or home loans you request.
- To keep a record of enquiries and improve our service.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax or regulatory record-keeping.
3. Consent
When you submit an enquiry or share your details in chat, you consent to us using that data for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (see section 8). Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but we may no longer be able to help with your request.
5. Storage, security and retention
Your data is stored with our database provider using encryption in transit, and access is limited to our authorised team through a login. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. After that we delete or anonymise them. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected people and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless we must keep it by law;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
We respond to requests within a reasonable time, normally 30 days.
7. Third-party links
This site links to other websites, such as UP RERA, bank sites and WhatsApp. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
8. Contact and grievances
For questions, requests or complaints about your data, email arnaestates29@gmail.com or call +91 92206 65813. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
