1. About us

Arna Estates provides real estate advisory, property consultancy, documentation and home loan assistance in Greater Noida, Noida, the Yamuna Expressway and Delhi NCR. We act as an advisor and intermediary. We are not the developer, seller, lender or a law firm unless we say so in writing.

2. Property information and prices

• Listings, prices, sizes, availability, amenities and images are indicative. They come from developers, owners and public sources, and can change without notice.
• Images may be representative and not of the exact unit.
• Nothing on this site is an offer, allotment or agreement to sell. A transaction is binding only through a signed and, where needed, registered agreement between buyer and seller.
• Please verify RERA registration, title, approvals and the final price yourself or with your lawyer before paying. Our RERA guide explains how.

3. Calculators, guides and the chat assistant

The EMI calculator, blog articles and the AI chat assistant give general information only, not legal, tax or financial advice. Actual loan rates, eligibility, stamp duty and charges are decided by lenders and authorities. The chat assistant can make mistakes; confirm anything important with our team.

4. Fees

The first consultation is free. Any brokerage, legal, documentation or loan-assistance fee will be agreed with you in writing before the work starts. Government charges such as stamp duty, registration fees and authority transfer charges are paid by the buyer or seller as applicable and are not our fees.

5. Third parties

Developers, banks, housing finance companies, authorities and other professionals are independent of us. We are not responsible for their decisions, delays, services or the quality of construction. Loan approval is at each lender's sole discretion.

6. Using this website

• Use the site lawfully. Don't submit false enquiries, other people's details, or anything harmful.
• Don't copy, scrape or reuse our content, listings or design without written permission.
• Bank names and marks on this site belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate lenders we can assist with. They don't imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content, from third-party actions, or from decisions you make about a property. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fee you paid us for that service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer forum.
